Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Philosophy of Fair Dealing

Crafted Reach is founded on transparent, straightforward business partnerships. We believe client satisfaction is maintained through clear communication, upfront milestone agreements, and honest reporting.

2. Advance Mobilization Deposits

Our 50% advance deposit model exists specifically to protect both parties:

• The advance deposit covers immediate upfront resource allocation, competitor analysis, creative copywriting, initial video editing, and technical environment setup.
• Once project sprints have commenced and initial creative or architectural drafts have been delivered, advance deposits are non-refundable.
• To ensure complete satisfaction, we provide up to two comprehensive rounds of revisions on all creative assets, scripts, and web draft layouts before launch.

3. Retainer Cancellations & Pauses

Monthly marketing retainers operate on rolling 30-day billing periods:

• Clients may cancel or pause retainers at any time with 7 days written notice via WhatsApp or email prior to the start of the next 30-day billing cycle.
• If a cancellation notice is received midway through an active cycle, services will continue through the end of the paid milestone; unused portions of uncommenced work will be evaluated fairly on a case-by-case basis.

4. Ad Spend & Third-Party Charges

Direct advertising media spend paid to Meta, Google, or domain/hosting providers is governed by those third-party platforms’ respective terms and is non-refundable by Crafted Reach.
