Terms of Service
Last updated: November 2, 2026
1. Scope of Engagement
These Terms govern the performance marketing, digital advertising, 4K video reel production, and website development services provided by Crafted Reach ("we", "us") to you ("Client"). By engaging our services or placing a deposit, you agree to these commercial terms.
2. Ad Spend Responsibility
All advertising media spend (Meta Ads, Instagram, Google Ads) is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms using the client’s own payment card or billing method. Crafted Reach fees cover professional strategic planning, creative production, ad set structuring, technical tracking, and campaign optimization only. We do not mark up or handle ad spend capital.
3. Payment Terms & 50% Advance Policy
To ensure mutual commitment and risk-free mobilization, our payment terms are structured as follows:
- Monthly Retainers: For the first month, a 50% advance deposit is payable upon sprint initiation. The remaining 50% balance is payable after 15 days of verified execution.
- Website & App Projects: A 50% mobilization advance is payable on project kick-off. The remaining 50% is due upon final live delivery and launch.
- Single Sprints & Boosters: Standalone sprints (e.g. ₹5,000 Meta Campaign Sprint) are billed upfront prior to launch.
4. Intellectual Property & Deliverable Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment for the agreed sprint or project:
- All custom-produced video reels, static graphics, ad copies, and website source codes transfer 100% to the client.
- Ad accounts, conversion pixels, and Google profiles remain the client’s sole property with zero vendor lock-in.
5. Client Cooperation
Timely delivery depends on client cooperation, including prompt sharing of product assets, brand guidelines, and partner access delegation.
